Spark Plug

Spark plug is composed of insulator and metal shell. The metal shell has threads for wringing into the cylinder. There is an insulator in the shell, which penetrates through the central electrode and a wiring nut above the central electrode, which connects the high voltage wire from the branch electroplax. At the bottom of the shell, there is a welded ground electrode, which has 0.6-1.0mm distance from the central electrode. The spark plug is to discharge the high voltage pulse electricity sent by the high voltage wire, which is to breakdown the air between two electrodes. It will generate electric spark to ignite the gas mixture in the cylinder. The basic conditions of high-performance generator are: stable high-energy spark, evenly mixed gas and high compression ratio.
